ROLE PLAY RULES
1. We are a RP sim, based loosely on the Beauty books of the Anne Rice trilogy. Our speech is formal and Olde World. Please leave modern terms out of conversation. When talking in local chat, please stay in character. It's the characters that make our world rich and rewarding!
2. Please dress appropriately for the Period, late 1400's. We do encourage cupless corsets/open bust as this is an erotic sim. Once accepted as a tribute, one wears nothing save for cuffs and a collar unless directed by the King or Queen. Phalluses, piercings, clamps, etc. are, of course, allowed.
3. We welcome those new to sl and to role-play and will do all we can to help you become comfortable with the rules of Beauty and of role-play, in general. Although we are not insanely strict on the rules of role-play, we do enjoy and encourage good role-play. Therefore, please follow a few simple guidelines.
**Take turns in chat - some of our players are paragraph role-players and need time to post their emote. Give them that time and you will be rewarded with a rich and detailed scene.
**Do not metagame - that is using information from a person's tag or profile without being given that information in local chat. For example, when meeting someone, do not read their tag and use their name. Introduce yourself as you would in rl.
**Also, do not godmod - that is telling someone else how they will react to your action. For example, "She touched his chest with the silky caress of her palm, and he shivered." Let the other player react as they would; give them a chance to develop the scene with you.
4. No OOC attachments such as titlers, pregnant bellies, emote emitters such as perfume and other distracting toys.
5. Be respectful and do not interrupt role play should there be a "scene" going on. Wait patiently and observe or comment appropriately.
6. NO DRAMA. NO GRIEFING. PERIOD.
7. Should there be a disagreement between two parties, the matter should be handled face to face and in character privately. Any issues that cannot be handled as such will be scheduled for the Royal Court.
8. This is not a free sex sim. The tributes are not available for Visitors or Citizens use, only the Nobles and Villagers of Beauty.

WHAT NOT TO DO

1. Insisting that someone give out personal information or RL threats of any kind will get you banned.
2. No Child AV's of any kind. Even looking like one will get you permanently banned.
3) Constant talk and behavior that is out of character in medieval times or for our storyline.
5) Insisting, IC or out that some one "play " outside of their limits/restrictions. SAFE, SANE, CONSENSUAL!
6) Personally insulting or offending other members.
7) A Tribute or slave constantly refusing to do his/her "duty" as defined in "Roles".
10) A Noble does not have the right to take a tribute out of the sim. Out of character, of course, do as you please but change your tag.
11) Please do not teleport into a common area. When arriving or departing, find a discrete place to do so.
12) No godmoding or metagaming.
